Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver products across all major locations in India through trusted courier partners.
Service availability may vary based on pin codes and courier partner limitations.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • During festivals, sales, or high-volume periods, processing time may take slightly longer.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other locations: 4–8 business days

  • Remote/Interior areas: May take extra days depending on courier availability

Note: Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, holidays, courier issues, or logistical constraints.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before placing the order.

  • In many cases, we offer Free Shipping on selected products or during promotions.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected products and pin codes.

  • Additional COD charges may apply depending on the product and location.


6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via Email/SMS/WhatsApp.

  • You can use the tracking ID to check real-time order status on the courier partner’s website.


7. Delivery Attempts

  • The courier will attempt delivery 1–3 times depending on their policy.

  • If the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or refuses to accept the order, it may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

  • Re-delivery can be arranged upon request (additional shipping charges may apply).


8. Wrong Address / Incomplete Address

Facctory Out HUB is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Wrong phone number

  • Unreachable customer

Customers must ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout.


9. Damaged or Tampered Packaging

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered:

  • Please do not accept the delivery, or

  • Record a video while unboxing

  • Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery
    We will assist you with replacement or return based on policy eligibility.


10. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
We only ship within India.
