Return & Refund Policy

Return & Refund Policy – Facctory Out HUB

Thank you for shopping with Facctory Out HUB. We aim to ensure that you are fully satisfied with every purchase.
If you are not happy with your order, please read our Return & Refund Policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

A product is eligible for return or replacement if:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product is defective

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The product is missing parts/accessories

Note:
Returns are accepted only for items that are marked as returnable on the product page.


2. Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return, please ensure:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags, labels, and packaging are intact

  • Product must be returned with all freebies or accessories (if any)

  • Return request is raised within 2–4 days of delivery (as per product label)


3. Items Not Eligible for Return

Certain products cannot be returned, such as:

  • Personal care items (if opened)

  • Innerwear, socks, or hygiene-related items

  • Customized or special-made products

  • Items marked as non-returnable

  • Damage caused due to customer misuse


4. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support via Email/WhatsApp within the return window.

  2. Share order details + clear photos/video of the product issue.

  3. Our team will verify and approve the return request.

  4. A pickup will be arranged from your address (if applicable).


5. Replacement Policy

  • If the product is in stock, a replacement will be shipped after return approval.

  • If the product is out of stock, you may choose:

    • A different product, or

    • A refund


6. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be:

  • Issued to the original payment method

  • Processed within 4–7 business days

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued to the customer’s:

  • Bank account, or

  • UPI ID

(Details must be provided at the time of request.)


7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.

  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • Refund for cancelled orders (if prepaid) will be processed within 2–4 working days.


8. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Record a proper unboxing video

  • Share clear images/videos within 24 hours of delivery

  • Our support team will help with return or replacement


9. Failed Delivery / RTO

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Wrong address

  • Unreachable phone number

  • Customer not available

  • COD refusal

The customer may need to pay reshipping charges for re-delivery.
